Prep Your Skin
Cleanse the area to remove sweat, oil, dirt, and body products. Dry the skin completely before applying the patches.
Apply the Patches
Remove both patches from the backing sheet and place them adhesive-side down over the areas you want to target. Smooth gently so the patches sit flat against the skin.
Let Your Skin Rest
Wear the patches for 1 to 8 hours, or as comfortable. For an easy extended routine, apply them before bed and wear them overnight. Gently peel away when finished.
Clean, Dry & Reuse
Rinse gently with warm water and mild soap. Allow both patches to air-dry completely, then return them to their backing sheet and store until your next use.
